I’m currently an investor working out of California. I wanted to branch my real estate portfolio into Texas and acquire some properties in the Greater Austin Area. I was able to buy 2 brand new homes and get tenants to occupy the properties.
Unfortunately, I felt like I was out of control with my investments. The property manager I was working with at the time wasn’t very responsive at all, so the feeling was even worse. I really needed a Property Management Company looking after my best interest, on the street, willing to knock on doors and get answers. Not to mention the minor matter of making sure rents were deposited in my account in a timely manner. So, I had to consider the difficult choice of changing Property Management Company in order to feel more at ease with my out-of-state investments.

We have been tenants with eRealty for almost 2 years and look forward to another 2! Someday we hope to buy our own home, but till then eREalty is the place for us. We have only had a couple of maintenance issues, and they have always been there super fast. I LOVE the online system. Just last night at 11:00 p.m. I sent a request because our AC was not working & we are in the middle of July in TEXAS.
We were so stressed all night, thinking we would have to get a hotel room for the next few nights(with 2 children you have no other choice)! We received the first call this morning at 7:45 a.m. from the maintenance guy and we are nice and cool here in our home this afternoon! My husband and I have lived in apartments and rented directly from owners,...if you are an owner thinking of teaming up with eRealty DO IT! They are there for us and when you can't be...That's their job!

eRealty staff is always available and reachable. Thier email response time is just fantastic. eRealty staff care about us. They understand situations that arise in life and are very understanding. As someone who moved a long way from home, it is very comforting that I can count on them, especially when my husband is deployed.
They are constantly overseeing and maintaining the property. That proves to me they take pride in the properties they manage.
